"There are, really, just two types of people..."

There are in life so few things that are remarkable. For all its cliche, there are, in one's life, maybe only a handful of the truly transcendental. We are, otherwise, just ordinary creatures. We hardly ever reach our potential to be extraordinary. Because we hardly ever put ourselves in a position to be extraordinary.

I do this for me. This training, this thing, the purpose, this goal. It is mine, and my reasons are mine. I keep this blog because I hope to share the with you. Because I hope to help you understand. I don't know why it's important to me that you can understand, but it is.

I hope this might help you understand.

How very humbling the extreme is to those on the sidelines.

It's merciless amazement.

Understanding BETTER still doesn't come close to understanding. But thanks for letting me be in the wake of your endeavors.

When you are in the MIX of it, that is when I think you truly understand and dig deep. The determination demons (because there couldn't possibly be just one) rise up, and declare this is the day, my day and how I choose to live it is up to me.

Mentally, Physically, Emotionally you are sucked in, it is a drug, an addiction. Will you be a junkie?

There is no failure, just when you give up. You will know that and forever think what if. So know there are no limits just those that you put upon yourself.

I am here for the long haul and I thank you for letting us come with you! I understand, but not to the point of my breaking point. Maybe one day I will...

Have an awesome weekend Chris and enjoy your race.
