By the way...

Hey Krista, are you out there?

Krista commented with this on a previous post:

I just found your blog and documentary and have really enjoyed watching it.

I absolutely love the 3-face logo, did you create that? I'd love a copy of it or to buy it on a poster or card, to frame and have in my inspiration office/bike room.

Please let me know. Thank you.

Unfortunately there was no link for your own blog or anything Krista, so here we are sending messages in bottles. To answer your question, I did create the 3-face logo. I'm glad you enjoy it, thanks much for the compliment. I hadn't considered at all doing anything commercial with it, not thinking that it was anything but, y'know, my face. But as your inquiry suggests, there's certainly no reason the 3-face logo can't be representative of us all, no? A legion of 3-facers! Onward All With Faces Three! So let's pose the question - does anybody else out there feel like it'd be cool to have 3-face logo stuff? Feel like relating to it in your own right, and not like you're wearing x's face all around? If there's interest, I'm certainly happy to explore it, and in fact think it would be fun. So, lemme know, anybody. And Krista, if you can give me a way to contact you directly, we can continue this conversation elsewhere.

Okay, we now return to the post just below this one. Carry on.

Seriously, that is a good logo. You could definitely market it to tri clubs and others.

On the eating, czne is right - get back on that bus. You are doing well and sometimes life is overwhelming. However, when traveling - sometimes you have to just byob or stop at a grocery. Soy mile/cereal; instant oatmeal; etc. And PB&J is a darn good one-hander. You can usually get single-serving sizes of these at the gas stations, but any publix will sell you (1) pb&j makings, (2)a sub, (2) cereal and (3) already cut up fruit/veg.

The logo is cool. An instruction of how I can create it with my image, or my kids image, would be even better.

Three face nation?

So, I'm the THE Krista, but I am A Krista, and I will concur that that is a sweet logo, you could definitely do things with that.

I also just popped by to say hi, as I'm a running pal of Erin (i.e. The Long and Winding Road), and I hear you've been bailing on us on Saturday mornings!

Unacceptable. (J/K, of course).

Long time reader, first time poster! I think the logo is really cool and would be interested in getting something with it. Keep up the great writing!

Okay, confession time - I used Snag-It to lift the three-head logo from the first few seconds of Episode 1 - Becoming Ironman, just so I could put together a wallpaper for my desktop.

In other words, that logo kicks ass. If you had it on stuff, I'd be buyin'...

Hi. "Not THE Krista" here. I need your expertise about heart rates and lactic thresholds, like we were discussing Saturday morning.

Email me at kristawashere@gmail.com when you have time. I have questions. You have answers.

Thanks in advance. ;)
