Awful.

Just a quick heads up. If you haven't had purpose to try it yet, this:

tastes mostly like this:

which is to say:

and by that I mean ASS.

So. Avoid it if you can. Carry on.

Lovely photo-essay! I have to say, I just had the grape version this week, and I don't mind it one bit. Can't say I'd run out to buy the fruit punch, though. yeek.

I haven't tried it yet, but the low calorie energy drinks don't make much sense to me. The ones that I have tried, were basically slightly flavored water.

Good luck with the Madison half Marathon this weekend...

First and foremost... Best of luck tomorrow.

On the G2, I'm afraid that I must politely disagree... Not that I love it, but I didn't think it was too bad.

That said, there is limited purpose to a low carb sports drink. I use it only as an alternative to soda when I just want something wet.

When all is said and done though, you had me, the wife and a couple of kids roaring with laughter!!

Oh... And I ordered my Garmin yesterday - I think Garmin owes you a little something as well.

I think the only difference/advantage to G2 as opposed to other low-cal energy drinks (which is itself an oxymoron...) is that this has the same amount of sodium as regular Gatorade. As it is, I tried the orange, too (I bought two that day, what can you do), and it wasn't *as* bad. So maybe it's just the fruit punch that was so asstacular!?!?

Sucralose. That stuff makes my tummy hurt.

Good luck on your race - looking forward to your race report.

Actually, I thought it more of the "Cherry NyQuill" variety.

Still, ass-like.
